Fez

The old city of Fez, a UNESCO World Heritage Site by UNESCO is considered the most beautiful medina of Morocco and one of the most fascinating of the Arab world still operating in a full medieval organization of wisdom and intelligence. A true living eco-museum where for centuries thousands of artisans maintain a unique know-how that made the reputation of the city.

Getting to know the medina is a long affair! Fez does not reveal the hurried traveler.
To appreciate this medina and try to understand its intricacies, you will discover the unhurried, open your eyes, and walk the labyrinth of small streets letting you soak up its unique atmosphere.
Some prefer the free discovery to be surprised but we recommend to those who have only a little time to make a first visit or a complementary tour with a local guide who will give you benchmarks, introduce you to the subtleties and open up the doors of this unique medina.

Be respectful of local culture, remember that Fez is a very religious city, the spiritual capital of the Kingdom and that certain behaviors may shock. Be cheerful without being naive. Some words from Darija (Moroccan dialect) are always welcome
